Fiona Burnard
Office administrator
Fiona comes from a background of Office Management and supports the team with the behind the scenes work as well as assisting the vets in the clinic when required.

Fiona has had horses all her life and has had a go at competing at most of the usual disciplines. She is also a BHSAI and still enjoys teaching. These days Fiona is happy to hack around the forest in her spare time on her Connemara and enjoys walking her two Golden Retrievers with her family.
Jazmine Coles
Vet Technician and Receptionist
Jaz’s passion lies with horses and she has gained vet tech experience through the unfortunate and numerous injuries of her horse, from this it made sense for Jaz to be working as a vet technician. Jaz has had horses for most of her life and after completing an equine degree has spent time working as a riding instructor at a military riding school, calf rearing and also worked at a farm vets.

In her free time she competes one of her horses and enjoys going on explorative walks with her dogs.

Practice Manager
Jenny has a variety of roles at Frome equine vets from Reception, Admin and Vet tech support. Jenny has worked with horses for over 20 years and is local to the area, she is also a fully trained BHSAI freelance instructor, who enjoys regularly teaching privately and for local pony clubs.

When not working, Jenny enjoys spending time with her young family at home and on their farm, she is becoming increasingly more involved as a shepherdess with her new sheep dog Danny who is patiently teaching her the ropes of working the sheep.
Harriet Raymond
Vet Technician and Receptionist
Harriet grew up on a dairy farm in Dorset and was an active member of the South & West Wilts Pony Club. She graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2017 with a high 2:1 in BSc Equine Science. She furthered this knowledge working for a mixed veterinary practice for 5 years, particularly enjoying assisting vets with diagnostic imaging and cattle caesareans. Harriet joined Frome in May as both a receptionist and vet technician. She is responsible for processing your insurance claims and caring for any inpatients, as well as assisting vets.

Outside of work Harriet enjoys competing her horses in a range of activities and has recently backed her homebred 3yo. She also enjoys walking her puppy ‘Ruby’ who happily greets any clients in our reception.
